James S. Eustice is the Gerald L. Wallace Professor of Taxation at New York University School of Law and is counsel to the New York City law firm of Kornish, Lieb, Wiener and Hellman. He has contributed to numerous tax law publications and has lectured extensively at professional tax institutes. He is co-author, with Boris I. Bittker, of the classic treatise Federal Income Taxation of Corporations & Shareholders, co-author of The Tax Reform Act of 1986--Analysis and Commentary, and author of The Tax Reform Act of 1984--A Selective Analysis.
Professor Eustice is a member of the Illinois and New York Bars and of the Tax Sections of the American Bar Association, and is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. |
