Jerry Felicelli is the principal in charge of the Financial Institutions Group of Larson, Allen, Weishair & Co., LLP, where he is primarily responsible for providing audit and consulting services. Mr. Felicelli serves as the client service executive on many of the firm's largest bank engagements and is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s internal audit services. Mr. Felicelli has lectured and instructed on many topics and issues related to the banking industry for organizations which include the Minnesota Department of Commerce, the Minnesota Institute of Legal Education, The Institute of Internal Auditors, the Bank Holding Company Association, the Independent Community Bankers of America, and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
