Michael G. Robinson is a partner at Winston & Strawn in Chicago. His practice focuses on tax advantaged financing transactions, including lease and project financings. He regularly represents major leasing intermediaries, institutional lessors and lessees in transactions involving a variety of assets.
Mr. Robinson is a member of the Illinois Bar, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He received his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Illinois and the recipient of the Rickert Scholarship Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.
He co-authored the article “The New Assault on Related Party Financing: How Far Will the Service Go?” in the International Tax Journal. |
