Neil Falken, CPA, CMA, is an audit principal in the Financial Institutions Group of LarsonAllen LLP. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, which includes nine years of experience in the private sector. His private experiences range from cashier to chief operations officer; however, his strengths are in both the operations and lending areas of community banks. Mr. Falken has been performing as a principal on some of the firm’s largest bank audit, consulting, merger and acquisition, and internal audit engagements. He currently teaches internal audit and call report courses for the Independent Community Bankers of America. |
