Richard E. Andersen is the partner in charge of the tax practice in the New York office of Arnold & Porter. He practices in the area of federal income taxation, with a concentration in international tax matters, both for foreign enterprises and individuals investing and doing business in the United States and for U.S. companies' and investors' overseas activities. He is a frequent speaker, panelist and moderator on international topics at seminars and institutes and is the author of numerous articles on international taxation. He is adjunct professor of law in the Graduate Tax (LL.M.) Program at New York University School of Law. |
