David W. Ellis is a tax partner in the Chicago office of Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Ellis is internationally recognized expert in the area of international employee benefits and executive compensation. He is Co-Chair of the firm's Global Labour, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group. He has a wide range of experience in all aspects of international employee benefits, including: international executive transfers, global stock plans, offshore trusts, and international pension funds. Mr. Ellis has given many speeches on the topic of international executive transfers and has authored numerous articles, most recently in the Journal of International Compensation and Benefits, where he is on the Board of Advisors. |
