Larry Kemm is a partner at Baker & McKenzie in Chicago. Mr. Kemm has frequently spoken and presented outlines on domestic and international tax issues at conferences sponsored by the Tax Executives Institute, Global Education Services, Council for International Tax Education, the National Business Institute, Alliance for Tax, Legal and Accounting Seminars, International Small Business Development Center, and the Annual International Tax Symposium sponsored by the International Tax Committee of the State Bar of Texas. He also serves as chariman of the Editorial Committee of Tax News and Developments, a periodic publication of Baker & McKenzie’s North American Tax Practice Group. |
