	Robert J. Peroni is a professor of law and the Robert Kramer Research Professor of Law at George Washington University. He is a co-chair of the advisory committee for the Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation, co-sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service and George Washington University. Professor Peroni has co-authored several books and has written numerous articles.
