Vincent M. Aquilino is a partner in the Chicago office of the law firm of Ungaretti & Harris. He is chair of the firm’s tax group, and also a member of the corporate, securities & finance, and public finance departments. Mr. Aquilino provides tax advice on financial transactions, including leasing structures, asset-backed securities, mutual funds, real estate mortgage investment conduits, real estate investment trusts, leveraged leases, tax-exempt bonds, international financing transactions, limited partner syndications, and a variety of corporate lending transactions. |
