Mr. Mancino is Vice-Chair of Publications and a Past Chair of the Exempt Organizations Committee of the ABA’s Tax Section, a Past President of the American Health Lawyers Association, a member of the Board of Advisors of the Center for Philanthropy and Public Policy, Past Chair and member of the Board of Advisors of the National Center on Philanthropy and the Law, and past Chair of the Tax and Accounting Interest Group of the ABA’s Health Law Section.
