Each has served as Chair of the Civil and Criminal Tax Penalties Committee, ABA Section of Taxation, written extensively in professional tax, legal, and accounting journals, and lectured to government and private groups.
Ian M. Comisky is a partner in the law firm of Blank Rome LLP. For over 20 years he has concentrated his practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense, tax litigation, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Comisky was elected in 1995 to the American College of Tax Counsel and is a member of the firm's Management Committee. |
