Mark A. Kuller is a partner in the firm of McKee Nelson LLP, Washington, DC. A member of the California Bar, he was a partner in the firm of King & Spalding, and before that he was Special Assistant to the Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service prior to joining King & Spalding, and Attorney-Advisor, Office of Tax Legislative Counsel faculty at Georgetown University Law Center, and holds a J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. |
