Patricia W. Pellervo is a principal in the Washington National Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and is currently based in San Francisco.
From 1984 to 1988, she was an attorney in the Legislation and Regulations Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. Ms. Pellervo previously served as Chair of the Corporation Tax Committee of the District of Columbia Bar Association and is a frequent speaker and author on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and related consolidated return issues. Her previous publications include articles in Tax Executive, Tax Advisor, Journal of Taxation, and Tax Management Memoranda. |
