Mr. Salmon holds a B.S. degree in accounting and a Master of Accounting degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He is a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he currently serves as chair of the State and Local Tax Technical Resource Panel. |
