Benton C. Strauss is a senior partner with Strauss & Malk LLP, in Northbrook, Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin. He concentrates his practice in estate and trust planning, including estate administration, asset protection and tax reduction; business transactions, including partnership, LLC and corporate matters; and key employee benefits and executive compensation. He co-authors Estate and Gift Planning for the Business Owner, which is part of RIA's Tax Advisors Planning System. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He has also served as Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Trust Law Committee, is past president of the Non Resident Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Wisconsin and served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Wisconsin. |
