John A. Bogdanski is a professor of law at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. He has taught at Lewis & Clark since leaving practice as a partner with the law firm of Stoel Rives LLP in 1986. He is a five-time winner of Lewis & Clark's Leo Levenson Award for excellence in the teaching of law, most recently in 2003. He has written many articles on federal tax law and is a frequent speaker at continuing education programs on tax law. He is an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. |
