William P. Streng is the Vinson & Elkins Professor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center where he teaches International Taxation, Federal Income Taxation, Federal Corporate Taxation and Estate Planning.

Mr. Streng has extensive experience in the area of federal taxation specialization, including international taxation, corporate and business taxation, and personal wealth/estate planning. He is experienced in international business and investment matters, and represents diversified industries, businesses and individuals.

He is the author of numerous books, portfolios, and articles dealing with a variety of tax subjects.
