Robert F. Richter, CPA is a consultant on the filing and financial reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the audit requirements of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Mr. Richter advises clients on a wide range of SEC-related matters, and assists in communication with the SEC staff and the resolution of SEC staff comments on filings.
Mr. Richter is a widely recognized speaker and teacher on SEC-related topics. He develops and presents seminars and often speaks at conferences.
Mr. Richter has over 40 years of SEC practice experience, including 14 years as the National SEC Partner for a national CPA firm. He has been a member of numerous professional committees, including the SEC Regulations Committee and the Accounting Standards Executive Committee of the AICPA. |
