Part Two of RIA’s coverage of the giant new health care act, RIA’s Analysis of the Medicare, Medicaid, and Other Health Care Provisions of the 2010 Health Care Act as Amended by the 2010 Health Care Reconciliation Act, is a companion volume to RIA’s Complete Analysis of the Tax and Benefits Provisions of the 2010 Health Care Act as Amended by the 2010 Health Care Reconciliation Act.
