Q: How do I register as a new user?
A: Click the Site Login/Register link from the home page. Follow the steps by entering profile information, user name, and password. Required fields are designated with a red *. You will be asked to review and confirm the information. When you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your user id and password.

Q: How can I search for something on the website?
A:You have three options to choose from:
- Simply type in your term(s) in the search box located in the header of
the website
- From the site search page you will have the option of conducting further
searches using the simple or advanced search links.
- While on the advanced search page you may narrow your search by entering
more information into the appropriate fields.
- You may also search for a product in our store by visiting our Product/Store
search page. You may narrow your search by choosing or entering information
into one of the 5 areas on this page.

Q: What do I do if I forget my user ID or password?
A:Click the Site Login/Register link from the home page.
Then select the Forgot ID or Password? link on the login page.
On the Forgot ID/Password page, enter the e-mail address you provided
during the registration process and click Submit. An e-mail containing
your user ID and password will be sent to the provided e-mail address.

Q: How do I change my profile information?
A: Once you are logged in on the home page, click the My Profile link located at the top of every page. From the main profile page, you can:
- change your user ID or password
- update your contact information and address book entries
- view your order history
- view your trial requests
- view catalog requests
- view downloaded tools

Q: How do I change my ID and/or password?
A: Once you have logged in on the home page, click the My Profile link located at the top of every page. On the main profile page, click the Change ID and/or Password link.
On the Change ID/Password screen you can enter a new User ID as well as change your password. (Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length). Click Submit once you have finished to save your changes.

Q: How can I view my order history?
A: Once you have logged in on the home page, click the My Profile link located at the top of every page. On the main profile page, click the View Order History link. From the View Order History page You can view orders by date or by confirmation number by clicking the appropriate link
Your order history will display the Order Date and Confirmation # for each of your orders. You can click the Confirmation # to view the order detail page.
